Refund & Return Policy
Section 1 – For Loss or Damage Claims
Please notify us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your product(s). Our policy lasts 7 days from when you received goods from us.
If 7 days have gone by since you receiving products, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We only refund or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your cause should comply with NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. There are certain situations where only partial exchange are granted.
We do not offer refund or exchange to product(s) that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, due to change of mind and any item that is notified more than 7 days of receiving products.
Section 1.1 – For Exchange or Refund
Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photo of damaged items attached within 7 days of receiving product(s).
To complete your exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless otherwise stated.
Once your exchange or refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
If you are approved for exchange then your exchange item(s) will be delivered to you within 1-5 business days. If you haven’t received exchange item(s) within 1-5 business days from our confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you are approved for refund then you will be refunded within 7 business days. If you haven’t received refund within 7 business days from our confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are shipping an item for exchange or refund over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Section 2 – Refund for orders prior to shipment (Change of mind before shipment)
Due to change of mind before shipment, we will charge 10% processing fee. You will receive a refund with 10% processing fee deducted.
GoodPrice’s warranty policy covers our products for 12 months from the purchase date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy.
If you feel that your purchase has a fault that is covered under warranty please contact us, including as much detail as possible (including a photo of the issue if possible or applicable) so that we can assess the problem and advise you of a solution. This could be either a repair, replacement or refund. We reserve the right to provide the best possible solution based on availability of stock.
