GoodPrice Frequently Asked Questions

GoodPrice points aren’t added to products marked as clearance items.

You will see an order details page after completing your order. You will also get an order confirmation email. To check your order status & details, you can visit the Orders section in My Account page.

GoodPrice Points cannot be used for a partial payment, only for full price payments. GoodPrice payment option will only be displayed when your GoodPrice points has accumulated to make a full payment of a product. You will see the points needed to purchase the orders and your available points under the totals display in Cart or Checkout page.

Please note - when you decide to cancel your order(s) before the items are sent out from our warehouse, we will charge a restocking fee of 15%. You will receive a refund with 15% deducted.
